About Robin

Founder & Principal Consultant

Robin Hall is the founder of Mariposa Training & HR Consulting, LLC, and an experienced HR professional, trainer, and coach with more than 25 years of leadership experience.

As the former (Global) HR Director for Microwave Products Group (a Dover Corporation company), Robin brings deep expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and strategic HR systems.

She has partnered with organizations including Dover Corporation, State Farm, Avery Hall, Worcester County, and the Maryland Department of Transportation.  Through her affiliation with In Professional Development (INPD), she has facilitated leadership and HR programs for international clients such as Seadrill and Urenco USA.

Robin’s programs blend practical frameworks, interactive learning, and real-world insight to create measurable, lasting impact for individuals and organizations alike.
